Each client will be completely evaluated starting with a 20-30 minute sit down to go over goals, diet, past injuries, bad habits and to get an small educational overview of what the training program will be like. From there we will take a look at your stability, balance, body mechanics to find any imbalances or weak areas that may be causing surrounding areas to over compensate. After the first session evaluation we will be able to write your program accordingly for optimal results.
