He has given lectures around the U.S. and has 15 years experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Steve is known for his remarkable ability to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Stacey is a Certified Personal & Youth Fitness Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor & Therapist, as well as a Children’s Yoga Instructor who works in home, on location & out of various gyms around L.A.. Stacey has had a wide range of clientele that includes everyone from beginners, those recovering from injury in need of rehabilitation, to athletes, well-known swimsuit/fitness models & competitors.
Mike is a multi-certified personal trainer with an athletic as well as competition background. The individual relationships Mike creates with his clients through nutritional as well as fitness check-ins, have allowed for premiere results. As a certified ISSA Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Mike has helped hundreds of his clients learn proper eating techniques for their specific fitness goals.
Drea’s experience in personal training, combined with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nutrition, she knows the importance of giving your body the right fuel and how to keep a workout challenging. She believes balance is key toward consistency, which leads to results. Drea is passionate about how fitness, lifestyle, and adequate nutrition promotes optimal well-being and a healthy self-image.
Kickboxing Coach / Personal Trainer
Nick is a hybrid athlete and elite athletic trainer. He played football at NCAA Div. 1 East Carolina University on a full athletic scholarship. After football, he became a Professional Mixed Martial Artist. Currently fighting for Bellator MMA, Nick is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu 1st degree black belt and 2x Pan American medalist. He is a certified trainer & jiu-jitsu professor with IBJJF & SBJJF.
With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Matt has over 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer & Performance Coach, training clients of all ages, including several professional athletes. He is able to help others reach new goals and see amazing results regardless of their level of athleticism. As an athlete, Matt holds 4 school records & is a 3x National Qualifier in Track & Field.
